Our return policy is as follows:  We will gladly accept returns on items purchased WITH an original store receipt within 14 days of the original purchase date.  All sales on sale items are final.  No cash refunds.

Our class cancellation policy is as follows: The full price of the class can be applied to any other class offered at Denault Studios as long as a rescheduling request is made at least 48 hours in advance of the original enrollment date.  Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class may be subject to a fee not to exceed the original price of the class.  A gift card for the purchase price of the class will be issued by request and can be used as store credit towards finished goods, future classes, or other services offered by Denault Studios. No cash refunds.
