Lorrie has been making & designing jewelry for more than 20 years. Her education consists of many workshops including The Arrowmont School of Arts & Crafts in Tennessee. She works in all types of metals with various techniques. Lorrie’s more recent work has been in enamel. Inspired by color, nature & imperfections in objects, her style is best described as organically whimsical. She enjoys hand-shaping the metal and using burning, riveting and beading as part of her design. Like a painting, several layers of enamel are fused into each piece. The process is magical.
