Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q: Do you import any of your products?
A: No, all of our products are hand crafted right here in the USA by Massachusetts artist Michael Denault.

Q: How do I open a wholesale account?
A: Wholesale accounts are available to legitimate retailers with a tax ID number. To open a wholesale account please follow the following steps:

1. Create an online account
2. Fax a copy of your tax ID to us at (978) 274-2509 to verify that you are a legitimate business, please include the name you used to open the account and a contact phone number on your fax. If you do not have access to a fax you can also email the information to wholesale@denaultstudios.com

We will then activate your wholesale account and send you an email when it is ready. After receiving the email you will then be able to view our wholesale prices when you log into the site.
