Return Policy
Any piece can be exchanged for merchandise credit within (14) fourteen days of receipt. Returns must be in the same condition as when the item was received. Damaged Shipments must be reported within (3) three days of receipt. Items returned after (14) fourteen days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. No cash refunds.
We value you as a customer and we will do whatever we can to make your experience with us a pleasant one.
Payment Methods
Payment is due before your order will ship. We currently accept the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, Check, and PayPal. Cash is only accepted for orders that are going to be picked up at the studio, do not mail any cash payments.
Packaging
All orders are professionally packaged for shipping. Our jewelry and ornaments all come packaged in one of our signature gift boxes. Home accents are wrapped in foam and secured in shipping boxes with packaging material.
WHOLESALE POLICIES
Minimum Wholesale Orders
The minimum order amount for first time buyers is $150 or 6 pieces, no minimum for reorders.
The minimum order for special orders is currently $500. Minimums can be changed without notice at the discretion of Denault Studios.
About Our Work
Since all of our pieces are one of a kind you will receive the actual piece that is photographed when ordering on the website. Because of the amount of time it takes to list each piece on the site we can not offer quantity discounts on items ordered through the online catalog. Quantity discounts are available for pieces not included in the online catalog yet. Please call for availability.
How to Order
Individual pieces may be ordered through our online catalog at www.DenaultStudios.com. Most of our work can also be ordered in artist pick assortments by phone, fax or email. When ordering artist pick assortments please specify color combinations if you have a preference. We would be happy to email a photo of the actual assortment you will be receiving prior to shipping for approval if requested.
