Denault Studios offers the following Returns Policy:

All work purchased from the gallery can be returned for merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase.  Unfortunately because of the unique nature of the work we carry we can not offer cash refunds.

All classes can be returned for gallery credit within 48 hours of the class date.  Cancellation requests received within 24-48 hours of the date of the class will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued for class cancellations received within 24 hours of the class time.
Classes booked through third party agencies such as Acton Boxborro Community Education are subject to their cancellation policies as written.
